The Redispersible Polymer Powder is powder materials with Green Environmental Protection, Building Energy Saving ,high quality and Multipurpose which also is important functional additive in dry-mixed mortar. The powder can improve the mortar’s performance, increase the strength of mortar and bond strength onto substrates, improve flexibility and mortar deformation, compressive strength, flexural strength, wear resistance, toughness, adhesion, water-holding capacity and constructability. In addition, it can make mortar waterproof.
Redispersible polymer powder is mainly applied to internal and external putty, ceramic tile
adhesive, ceramic tile Crack Sealer, dry powder interfacial agent, Exterior wall using outside insulation mortar, self flowing mortar, repair mortar, decorative plaster, waterproof mortar etc.

Wall putty powder redispersible emulsion powder-Product Uses

1. It is mainly used as putty glue powder in building putty powder to process and produce interior wall high hardness and water-resistant putty powder, which has the characteristics of high hardness and water resistance. Compared with polyvinyl alcohol, the product has low cost and good quality, and has been rapidly popularized and used in the putty powder industry in China.
2. Used as adhesive, thickener and emulsifier in putty powder industry. It can be used in emulsion paint, real stone paint and stone paint to reduce the cost.
Characteristics : The product can be dispersed in water, which can improve adhesive force between mortar and its supports; high impact resistance; it can also improve the constructability and mechanical properties of the mortar.
