1. Characteristics of CMC for toothpaste:
- Good rheology and thixotropy;

2. Application characteristics of CMC in toothpaste:

- No water separation, no shelling, no coarsening;
- Good stability and proper consistency. It can give the toothpaste a particularly comfortable taste;
- Ensure the storage stability of the paste in the tube and prolong the shelf life;
- The extrusion dispersion of the paste is good;
- Good paste appearance and strip forming performance;
- CMC solution has better rheological and thixotropic properties.
